Our fish pond, which also serves as a catch basin for rain water, is filled with 20 native catfish. We feed the catfish with our excess organic produce and fish food.

Here at South Maya Farm, we consider animals as part of our family. Our goats are fed organic feed, in addition to what they forage around the property.

We use the goats’ manure to help enrich our soil as it provide nutrients that plants need for optimal growth.
