OUR VALUES

South Maya Farm aims for safe, healthy and sustainable living. Our goal is towards permanent culture: earth care, people care and fair share.

We produce organically grown crops with organic fertilizers and composts to effectively control disease and other pest issues while enriching the health of the land and increasing productivity. We strive to educate people about the benefits of organic farming and its long-term rewards.

OUR STORY

South Maya Farm began as a retirement plan in 2015. As we were still learning the ropes of farming, we then focused on producing only three crops which were pineapple, cassava and corn.

In 2018, after rigorous training and seminars, we have cultivated an understanding of efficient and sustainable growing techniques; the farm adapted the practice of organic farming for a healthier and more sustainable environment. We started to produce high value crops including lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers.

We are continuously working to improve and expand our farm for the betterment of the environment and to serve more customers. Although we are not certified organic yet, every aspect of our farming operation strictly follows its practices.

Our main clients are suppliers for businesses like supermarkets and malls. We also cater to small stores in the community.
